POS SalesManager runs on most Android smartphones and tablets (version 5.0 or later). For day-to-day use we recommend a tablet with a screen of at least 8 inches. You can also connect a Bluetooth thermal printer for receipts, a barcode scanner and a cash drawer. We offer complete kits at preferential prices for our customers.

The free trial gives you every feature of the Business plan for 15 days, with no commitment and no payment card. You can start using the application as soon as you have signed up. At the end of the trial you choose the plan that suits you, or you stop at no cost.

POS SalesManager was built for difficult conditions. The application has a robust offline mode so you can keep recording sales without an internet connection. Data is stored on the device and synchronises automatically when the connection returns. The application is also tuned to use little battery, and we recommend a power bank for long power cuts.

We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Orange), bank transfer and cash via our sales agents. You can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly, with a reduction for longer commitments. There are no hidden fees and you can cancel at any time.

Yes. A 4-hour introductory training session is included in the Enterprise plan. On the other plans you can book on-site training at 25,000 FCFA for 4 hours. We also provide free video tutorials and detailed user guides. Our support team can walk you through the features.

Yes. Protecting your data is a priority. Data is encrypted on your device and while it is transferred to our servers. We take daily backups and you can export your data at any time. We never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Yes. We migrate your products, customers and sales history from your current system (an Excel file, another application, and so on). This service is free on the Business and Enterprise plans, and charged at 15,000 FCFA on the Starter plan.
